Customer Services Executive

Leading a talented team and a direct report to the Chief Investment Officer, your focus is continuous improvement and growth of current operations and future expansion of the global service offering.

This is an exciting, newly created opportunity to lead the Client Services and Claims Administration team, based in Perth. A direct report to the Chief Investment Officer, your focus is continuous improvement of current operations, potential growth of operations to service other regions and future expansion of the current service offering. Leading a talented, motivated team, you will initiate operational projects around process improvement, workflow management and automation, while enhancing client service for class action clients that span sophisticated investors and corporate clients to retail clients.

Further, you will work with the leadership team, shaping future strategies for change and transformation in response to global market opportunities and trends.

To be successful in this role you will have;

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in operational, process improvement and workflow management, including restructuring at a senior executive level. Exposure to high volume, transactional environments in financial services or professional services will be highly regarded.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills with a strong client and customer service orientation.
  • Experience building and developing teams, shaping and managing performance outcomes through mentoring and coaching
  • A data driven approach with strong reporting and analytical capability
  • A collaborative and open engagement style with internal and external stakeholders
